Associate Veterinarian

Our friendly, successful, non corporate single doctor hospital in Anaheim Hills, CA is seeking a part time or full time Associate DVM to join our busy and growing practice as we add a second veterinarian. This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who values personalized care, continuity with clients, and practicing medicine in a setting that feels like home. Our practice is built on trust, respect, and long standing relationships with our clients, allowing us to treat every pet with the same compassion and dedication we would give our own. This opportunity is open to candidates who have graduated from an accredited veterinary school, hold an active California license, and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Veterinarians who are collaborative, client focused, and passionate about delivering high quality patient care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Opportunities for small animal practice exist. To assist us in taking excellent care of our patients, you should have the following education, experience, and qualities:

• Graduation from an accredited Veterinary Program.

• License to practice Veterinary Medicine in California, or qualify for licensure.

• A positive, friendly demeanor is a must! The team will look to you for leadership and you will be depended upon to help uphold our professional standards and integrity as well as support and participate in our positive practice culture.

• Be knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of veterinary medicine and general soft tissue surgery

• Possess excellent marketing skills to justify and encourage diagnostic and treatment plans for patients and embolden follow-through by clients.

• A team oriented mind-set with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

• Continued interest in your professional growth, the growth and success of the practice.

• An educational approach to client communication. The more our clients know - the better care they can take care of their pets!

• An interest in practicing integrative medicine, or bringing a personal specialty to our patients is encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package tailored to your experience and availability. Starting offers for full time Associate DVMs are around $150,000 under a ProSal compensation model, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience and production. Hours & Availability

Sunrise Pet Hospital is open during the following hours of operation. However doctor hours are negotiable:

• Monday–Friday: 8am – 6pm

• Saturday: 8am – 3pm
