Dental Assistant at Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry
Salary: $17-$20 depending on experience

We have an opportunity for a dental assistant, or someone who would like to become one, to join our dental team here at Sunrise Pediatric Dentistry. We are looking for someone who loves working with kids and excels in an organized small-team environment where each member is valued and enjoys working as a cohesive team.
If you have dental assisting experience or training On-the-Job or in school, we would love the opportunity to meet you and have you see if our office and work environment is something you would enjoy.
If you do not have previous dental assisting experience but have thought about the possibility of entering the dental field, we offer the opportunity to be trained via the On-the-Job Trained (OJT) pathway that allows for dental assistant licensure through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry. Job description:
- Working as a team to care for our patients and their families and the community
- Assisting Doctors with procedures
- Setting-up and breaking-down rooms
- Following well-delineated systems to keep the office and work environment working at its best
- Helping answer phones and scheduling when available
- Sterilization and organization of the back office
Desired skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Google Drive
- General computer skills (our office uses a very stream-lined Practice Management Software that is comprehensive and relatively easy to learn and use)
- Any experience with children (e.g. teaching, baby-sitting, accredited degree, having siblings)
