What You'll Do:
- Process and manage receiving reports for all incoming products and materials.
- Track and monitor delivery information, ensuring everything arrives on time and in the right place.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure all projects run smoothly.
- Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other essential documents.
- Prepare comprehensive paperwork upon project completion, including detailed lists of materials and equipment required for each project.
- Maintain and update our internal systems with accurate and timely information.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data with ease.
