">Job Functions and Responsibilities
We're seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team! As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and collect/prep non-blood specimens. Ensuring proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering is also a key responsibility.
Championing safety, compliance, and quality control is essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 6 months or more previous phlebotomy training or experience is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and basic computer/data entry skills are also required.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on experience). Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
