Job Title: Powersports Sales Associate (Motorcycle Endorsement Required)

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves powersports, enjoys working with people, and is driven to succeed in a commission-based sales role.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Compensation: Competitive base pay commission (high earning potential)
• Benefits: Health insurance available after probationary period
• Training: Paid training provided to set you up for success

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, and marine vehicles
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Stay up to date on inventory, features, and product knowledge
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented sales environment

Requirements:

• Motorcycle endorsement required
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
• Passion for powersports and outdoor recreation
• Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
