Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Bradenton, FL.

Job Summary:

Sunrise Landscape is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enhancement Crew Lead to manage and participate in the installation of landscape enhancement projects. The Enhancement Crew Lead will be responsible for leading a team in the successful execution of projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, horticultural knowledge, and hands-on experience in various landscape installation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of landscape enhancement projects, including but not limited to:
• Plant installation (trees, shrubs, flowers)
• Hardscape installation (patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Irrigation system installation and modification
• Mulching and soil preparation
• Sod installation
• Water feature installation
• Outdoor lighting installation
• Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage crew members, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring safety.
• Operate and maintain a variety of landscape equipment, including but not limited to:
• Skid steers
• Excavators
• Trenchers
• Power tools
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Track project progress, materials, and labor hours.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape installation.
• Proven experience leading and supervising landscape crews.
• Strong knowledge of plant material, installation techniques, and landscape construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in operating various landscape equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
