What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member-Shrub position at Sunrise Landscape?

This role will be in Venice, FL and will report to the Shrub Department Manager while serving various clients in that area.
What you will do:

Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.

Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!

Prune shrubs and low trees removed damage or dead branches.

Perform weeding by hand or small tools.

Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service all interactions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
What you bring to us:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
- To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
- To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
- To pass a background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license (of at least 3 years) and clean driving record.
- Pass a drug test.
Additional Information:
- Work will be done both inside and well as outside, depending on tasks and southern climates.
- Division works Monday-Thursday with the possibility of work on Fridays depending on season and workload.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience but will range from $17.00-$18.00 per hour.
