Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Researcher specializing in Deep Learning and AI to join our research team. In this role, you will drive cutting-edge research in AI and deep learning, focusing on developing and optimizing advanced algorithms and systems. You will have the opportunity to lead large-scale experiments, contribute to high-impact publications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance our AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in deep learning and AI, with a focus on developing and optimizing algorithms and systems.
- Publish findings in leading conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, NAACL, CVPR, COLT, ECCV, ICCV, and EMNLP.
- Lead large-scale experiments involving transformers and LLMs, including pre-training and fine-tuning.
- Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines, and contribute to reinforcement learning research, including behavior cloning and policy optimization.
- Build and maintain data collection and curation pipelines.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate research findings clearly.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and deep learning, and apply this knowledge to real-world applications.
- Doctorate in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated research program with publications in leading conferences.
- Experience with large-scale experiments and machine learning pipelines.
- Doctorate in Computer Science or a relevant field with 2 years of related research experience, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in transformers/LLMs, reinforcement learning, and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Proven ability to create, optimize, and run large-scale ML experiments and pipelines.
- Experience in reasoning about learning systems, including theorem development and algorithm design.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Keen interest in the real-world impact and applications of research.
