What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Sunrise Family Resource Center?
Sunrise Family Resource Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support our agency. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting families and community members with care and respect.
Responsibilities:
· Initial point of contact for agency: greet visitors and field inquiries to appropriate programs. Assist families in accessing onsite concrete support.
· Minimal Support for Financial Office: Cash Receipts Journal, etc.
· Administrative tasks: Agency wide support as well as opening and routing mail, copying, filing, maintaining supply closet, etc.
Requirements:
· Experience working with the public and/or customer service.
· Knowledge of basic office workflows is important.
· Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Windows, Office 365, Google Drive and Calendar, and data collection. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
· Ability to problem solve, multi-task, work independently and think outside the box.
· Ability to lift 30 lbs.
· Knowledge of computer and general technology (computers, copiers, etc.) support preferred.
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute paid lunch.
Compensation: Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hour, based on experience.
