Job Description: Family Nurse Practitioner (Full time or part time)

Required qualifications:
- Excellent analytical family practice and communication skills
- Joyful, compassionate, and caring
- Strong team player
- Excellent computer skills (EMR: Athena)
- Family Nurse Practitioner licensure and national certification
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 or more years of practice as a primary care FNP
- Spanish speaking
The job:
- Can be somewhat flexible, dependent on desired hours and days and how that works with current provider schedules
- Part at McMinnville SBHC and part at main Sunrise Clinic: at least one day to 7pm
- Can be part time or full time: flexible hours as we prioritize work life balance
Salary: Depends on qualifications and experience, option for productivity based contract

Purpose: To joyfully serve as part of a team providing excellent and caring health care in partnership with patients and families.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Full primary care practice in accordance with Oregon State laws, rules and regulations and employer policies and procedures, caring for patients birth through geriatrics
- School Based Health Center care for students is a component of this practice
- Examining and diagnosing patients of all ages and backgrounds courteously and compassionately
- Maintain charts accurately, comprehensively, and in a timely manner
- Creating diagnostic and treatment plans, including prescription of medications, procedures, ordering and interpretation of labs and medical imaging, referral to outside specialists
- Operate as a team alongside other providers, support staff and practice management staff
- Preparing and attending to, in connection with such services, all reports, claims, correspondence necessary or appropriate in the circumstances
- Performance of all things reasonably desirable and necessary to maintain and improve professional skills
