Utah Testing and Engineering, a subsidiary of Sunrise Engineering is currently initiating a search for a Materials Testing Technician to support our growing organization.

Your Impact
The Materials Testing Technician provides both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization.
- Prepare and complete daily written reports.
- Complete paperwork for each job.
- Perform inspection and testing of materials in the field and lab in order to verify conformance of construction plans and specifications.
- Complete various duties at the direction of the Inspector.

Qualifications:Who You Are:
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of materials testing experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and the ability to maintain company vehicle.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Able to work a project based schedule. This is not a typical 9am-5pm position.
- Desired certifications (or the ability to obtain within 30 days) include:
- ICC or ACI certifications.
- Nuclear Gage certification and experience.
- On the job training will be available.
Salary : $20 - $25
