Assistant Project Coordinator – Residential Home Builder
About Us
We are a growing residential home builder seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, regular position. This role provides critical support to the Leadership Team in overseeing and executing company-wide growth initiatives across multiple departments, including land development, accounting, estimating, and construction.
Key Responsibilities - including but not limited to:
- Assist with preparations of accurate and timely financial reports and perform regular quality control checks of data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient, scalable operational procedures.
- Serve as an interdepartmental liaison to facilitate communication and drive company initiatives.
- Compile, enter and present data in clear, professional formats for executive review.
- Draft and manage various transactional, operational, and project-related documents and processes.
- Create, maintain, and update company policies and procedures, as needed.
- Provide administrative and project support to all departments, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or related fields.
- Proficient with modern technology and industry related software applications such as accounts payable and construction management programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Quickbooks is preferred but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professional integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
