The Opportunity
We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our team. This is a W-2 employee position with the flexibility to work in-person, via telehealth, or a combination of both. You will build and maintain a caseload with the autonomy to shape your own schedule while receiving the administrative support, credentialing assistance, and team structure of a well-run group practice.
Full licensure is required (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Associate-level licensure (LMHCA) will not be considered, as it does not meet some insurance carriers’ credentialing requirements.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system
- Develop and manage treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with Indiana licensure standards and ACA Code of Ethics
- Maintain an average of 15 scheduled client hours per week
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Indiana mandatory reporting laws, and all applicable professional ethics standards
- Maintain an active, unrestricted Indiana clinical license throughout employment
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Indiana clinical license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent — full licensure required)
- Experience providing individual therapy
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR/documentation systems
- Eligibility for credentialing with major insurance carriers (Aetna, UHC, BCBS, CareSource, etc.)
- Strong commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions
- Couples therapy experience
- Already credentialed with Aetna, UHC, BCBS, or CareSource
- Training in evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.
- Experience serving diverse client populations
