Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bellefontaine, OH. The Assistant Community Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the community, including addressing resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with community policies. Additional responsibilities include assisting with leasing processes, maintaining records, planning community events, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for residents. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with residents and support the Community Manager in achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills for addressing resident concerns and fostering a welcoming community environment
- Administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and coordinating community activities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle resident issues with professionalism
- Basic knowledge of property management and leasing processes is a plus
- Computer proficiency with experience in using property management software and office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, property management, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work on-site and maintain regular office hours
