Responsibilities
- Work with out GM to Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during daytime hours.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to meet quality standards.
- Utilize POS systems (Toast) for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Lead staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
- Work as a Team Member to produce and deliver quality food and service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Support training & development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge in hospitality management.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams in quick service & fast food settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
- Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Micros or Aloha is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is advantageous.
- Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is required.
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food production and restaurant operations.
