The Division President, BeneMoney is a hands-on role responsible for translating the organization’s vision into operational execution by aligning leadership, driving accountability, and ensuring implementation of strategic priorities. The President works closely with the Visionary, organizing the major functions of the organization with cross-functional alignment and operational transparency across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Operations.
Essential Functions
- Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across all functional areas including Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
- Identify new revenue and market opportunities.
- Drive completion of enterprise initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and resolve operational and enterprise challenges
- Maintain accountability within the leadership team for achieving company goals and performance metrics.
- Lead, coach, and drive performance excellence across the BeneMoney team.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and established industry norms.
- Improve operational processes and communication across teams to increase organizational efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between the Visionary and the leadership team to ensure clarity and execution of priorities.
- Develop and maintain new/existing underwriting criteria
- AI advocate, change agent and results champion

- 10 years of experience in operational leadership, business operations, or organizational management roles. Combinations of experience and education will be considered.
- Experience implementing or operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or comparable operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution against strategic priorities.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with experience running executive meetings and resolving organizational issues.
- Proven track record of managing complex initiatives across multiple departments.
- Excellent listening, communication, leadership, and accountability management skills.
- Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or technology-enabled businesses preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
