We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator (BDC) and a Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal BDC candidate will be responsible for making phone calls, appointments, greeting walking customers, collecting basic information for the customers, following up on appointment with customers, and making sure no single call is missed. and the ideal sales person candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities
Salesperson
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development Coordinator or BDC
- Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, internet leads, and previous customers.
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
- Greet walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Follow up with customers before and after appointments to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement.
- Ensure no customer inquiry, phone call, text message, email, or online lead goes unanswered.
- Respond to internet leads, social media inquiries, and website chat messages in a timely manner.
- Contact unsold prospects to answer questions and encourage future visits.
- Follow up with missed appointments and reschedule customers when needed.
- Assist in generating new business through customer outreach and referral programs.
- Perform customer satisfaction follow-up calls after vehicle purchases.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first attitude at all times.
- Help organize dealership promotions, sales events, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, and document organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with dealership policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: BDC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn dealership CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Experience: salesperson and BDC
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
