As a Care Partner in our Terrace Club neighborhood, you provide personalized, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents, helping create meaningful and successful days. What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and reminders
- Observe, document, and report changes in condition
- Support daily programs and meaningful engagement activities
- Assist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry services
- Promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights at all times
- Communicate regularly with families and care leadership
- Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards You serve as a trusted advocate and consistent presence, building strong relationships that enhance quality of life. What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions
