About Us
Sunrise ABA Clinic is a new, family-founded center in Lexington dedicated to providing warm, supportive, and high-quality ABA services for children and families. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as we launch our clinic. Since we are a brand new clinic, this role will start out as a contractual part-time position with a light workload and can grow as we do.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data
- Collaborate with families and clinic staff
- Maintain clinical documentation (treatment plans, session notes, progress reports) in compliance with insurance and Medicaid requirements
- Experience working with and meeting insurance requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
