Duties & Responsibilities

· Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, print materials, menus, product packaging, and in-store signage.

· Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, flyers, sell sheets, and promotional materials.

· Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, web banners, email templates, infographics, and short videos, maintaining consistent brand messaging and style.

· Maintain brand consistency by overseeing all in-store visual merchandising and communication materials, including digital menus, print posters, notices, and any exterior A-frame signage. Ensure all assets align with the store’s design guidelines and accurately reflect current marketing messaging.

· Capture and edit product and lifestyle photography for use across print and digital channels; ensure high-quality, consistent visuals that reflect the brand identity.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design packaging, labels, and point-of-sale displays that enhance product appeal and shelf presence.

· Creative Leadership: Contribute ideas and creative direction for campaigns; provide feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate overall design quality.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within brand guidelines.

· Stay informed on food and beverage trends, design innovations, and competitor branding to keep creative output fresh and relevant.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canvas

· Experience with photography and image editing

· Familiarity with 3D or packaging design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus

· Web design and basic coding (HTML/CSS) experience is a plus

· Strong portfolio showcasing branding, product packaging, digital marketing, and photography.

· Exceptional eye for layout, typography, and color consistency.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design concepts clearly.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

· Understanding of food and beverage trends and consumer branding is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
