Echo Station is looking for an Property Assistant Manager to join our team at our Echo Station Apartment Community. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Handle all details of Move-Ins/Move-Outs including apartment inspections.
* Maintain resident records in One-Site, Acitve Building, on-line lease signing, payments, service requests,
and activity.
* Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Show apartments to perspective residents and follow up.
* Walk the property to ensure curb appeal is up to par and communicate with property manager and maintenance team any needs.
* Maintain resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations.
Qualifications and knowledge requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of apartment industry experience
* Strong OneSite experience is required
* Customer service skills
* Positive attitude
* Team player
