We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, and other various handyman work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property Appeal
- Turn move outs into move in ready units
- Troubleshoot electrical; plumbing, HVAC, pool, appliance issue
- Work on work orders that a resident has turned in
- perform manual labor just as drywalling, painting, plumbing, and other various work
- Know how operation of facilities work
- Maintain inventory and reports to Property Manager and Lead Maintenance
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to take initiative
- Be able to lift 50 to 75lbs
- Must be able to walk and be on feet for periods of time
- Must be able to work on their own
