Responsibilities include:
- Lead maintenance staff and oversee daily repairs and work orders
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
- Manage preventative maintenance, apartment make-readies, and emergency repairs
- Maintain clean, safe grounds and common areas
- Monitor supplies, tools, inventory, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent resident service and support team development
- Minimum of 3 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Available for a 40-hour workweek, occasional weekends, and rotating on-call emergencies
