Sunridge Hotel Group is now hiring a General Manager for its 97 room Courtyard by Marriott Denver North/Westminster in Westminster, CO.
The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel including but not limited to:
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue goals and leading the market in sales performance.
- Managing labor and other controllable operating expenses.
- Maintaining the highest Guest Satisfaction Scores by promoting a friendly service culture and keeping a clean and well-maintained hotel.
- Keeping the hotel compliant with all franchise and Marriott brand standards consistently each day.
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment with the staff so in turn, our guests can have positive experiences in the hotel.
Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of Hotel General Manager experience in a major franchised hotel operation (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.).
Salary is from $80,000 - DOE
