Duties
Work with prospective clients through proactive outreach, event marketing strategies, and personalized consultations to understand their needs and showcase our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing, including negotiation of terms, upselling additional services, and closing deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as catering, floral, and décor—to ensure seamless event execution.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or events management, with a strong background in sales or client relations within the wedding or events industry.
- Familiarity with event planning processes, and inspiring event decor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and event management software tools.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a talent for customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Previous banquet, floral, decor or catering experience is highly desirable; familiarity with managing large-scale events is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest services best practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional experiences.
