Resolve user licensing and access issues across Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, and other SaaS platforms, including environments with mixed SSO and direct account management.
Provide user-level support where necessary, with a focus on identifying root causes and converting recurring issues into scalable, automated solutions .
Maintain and troubleshoot corporate network infrastructure built on Ubiquiti devices, including switches, wireless access points, VPN configuration, and RADIUS authentication.
Maintain Poly/Polycom conference room systems supporting both Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings, ensuring reliable platform switching and meeting readiness.
Provide white-glove support to executive leadership and ensure laptops, conference rooms, and network infrastructure are fully configured and tested ahead of quarterly Board and Town Hall meetings.
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, and application issues and continuously convert recurring problems into automated solutions.
