We are looking for a comment Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies to enhance mobility and improve overall physical function.
*The position will work as a PT at two of our communities: Sunplex Subacute Center & Plaza Community Living Center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and rehabilitation, exercises, and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures,
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.
