Duties

- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food management practices.
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations through diligent food handling and sanitation practices.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operational flow during busy hours.
- Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong, motivated hospitality team focused on teamwork and leadership.
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash reconciliation.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety management.
- Prior roles involving team training, staff development, and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, catering operations, and banquet service is highly desirable.
- Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
