Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full Time HR /AR Coordinator. This opportunity is available for a candidate that possesses strong communication skills, passion for HR, AR and Payroll, is detailed orientated and enjoys communicating with people on a daily basis. Responsibilities include; ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, compliance with payroll-related areas.
Essential Functions:
Enter all new hires, terminations and other payroll changes daily.
Review time sheets for accuracy and supervisor approvals.
Process weekly payrolls, reconcile payroll prior to transmission.
Understand the requirements for all Federal, state, local documentation, withholding, and reporting.
Ensure that all filings, tax withholding, deposits and garnishments are processed timely with all supporting documentation.
Respond to unemployment claims and employment verification inquiries.
Provide employees with support of basic questions in areas such as HR process and timelines, employee policies and basic benefits inquiries.
this role also encompasses reviewing, gathering, and submitting weekly invoices to the AP/AR department
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
High School Diploma
Strong communication skills are required
Strong time management skills and attention to details are necessary
