Sunnyview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician (Rehab Tech) to join our in-house therapy team in Butler, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative rehabilitation environment and is passionate about helping residents achieve their highest level of function and independence.
Working alongside our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, you'll play an important role in supporting rehabilitation services and enhancing the patient experience.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists with patient treatment sessions as directed.
Prepare treatment areas and maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy gym.
Transport residents to and from therapy appointments.
Assist with therapy equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Monitor resident safety during therapy activities and communicate observations to the therapy team.
Stock therapy supplies and assist with department organization.
Complete documentation and departmental tasks using Net Health.
Work collaboratively with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Experience with Net Health is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely throughout the workday.
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
