An SMT Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment used in PCB assembly processes. They ensure smooth production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. This includes setting up, programming, and troubleshooting SMT machines like pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI, reflow ovens, and screen printers.

Must have 3 years experience in SMT manufacturing.
