Certified Nursing Assistant and Registered Medication Aide
Full Time - Baylor Shifts
With this Baylor position, the schedule is every weekend, double shifts. Work 32 hours, but compensated for 40.
Week 1: Saturday & Sunday in Assisted Living as a CNA 2:45 PM - 7:15 AM (double shift)
Week 2: Saturday & Sunday in Memory Care as a RMA 2:45 PM - 7:15 AM (double shift)

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Transfer, lift and turn residents with the use of good body mechanics and proper protocol
- Monitor and record patients' health status, including vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications as prescribed, following all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and medication administration
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with team members
