- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects
- Install and repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds to enhance outdoor aesthetics
- Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, watering, and weed control to promote healthy growth
- Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to ensure safety and beauty of trees within landscapes
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways in all weather conditions
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Strong understanding of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and horticulture principles
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively on construction or landscaping sites
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal procedures
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus
- Prior experience in gardening, snow plowing, or hardscape installation is highly desirable
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
