Location: 3935 Sunnyside Drive, Harrisonburg, VA 22801
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (On-Site)
Salary: $48,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Partner with HR leadership to build and execute effective recruiting strategies
- Source and engage candidates using creative outreach, social media, and community partnerships
- Manage the full hiring process—from screening to onboarding
- Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate selection
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way
- Maintain compliant, inclusive job descriptions and hiring practices
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Assist with onboarding, retention efforts, and broader HR initiatives
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, HR, communications, or related field
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or similar
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus
- Comfortable with outreach, including cold calling and networking
- Experience with ATS platforms or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to grow in HR
