- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle data entry, filing, document proofreading, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain state licensing compliance and oversee the daily operations of the center
- Support the teaching staff and the operations of the classrooms
Experience
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in teaching in a licensed childcare center
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, proofreading, and handling confidential information
