Position Summary
- Respond to service calls from service department and troubleshoot and repair solar panel system issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Practices safety standards
- Troubleshoots and repairs solar panel system issues
- Responds to service calls from Service department
- Performs leak investigations
- Maintains jobsite cleanliness and order
- Interacts with customer while at worksite onsite
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
- Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
- Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Must be a team player.
- Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
- Foster a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
- Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
- Must have reliable transportation. Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.
