Our Locations: 

We are hiring for our clinics in Chanhassen, Maple Grove and Minnetonka.

Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, hours ranging from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We can work with you to determine a schedule that best meets your needs and the clinic’s needs.  Part-time and Full-time positions available. 

Patient Welcome Ambassador Position Summary: 

The Patient Welcome Ambassador is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for families and visitors at SunnyDays Therapy clinics. This role supports the Patient Care Coordination and Clinical Division by ensuring the lobby and waiting areas provide a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly environment. The Patient Welcome Ambassador will assist with light administrative or hospitality tasks that contribute to a smooth experience for clients, caregivers, and guests. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Warm Welcome & Guest Experience
  • Greet and welcome families, children, and visitors as they arrive.
  • Provide directions and assist with check-in needs as appropriate.
• Lobby & Environment Management
  • Monitor lobby cleanliness and organization; straighten chairs, wipe down tables, refresh supplies, etc.
  • Monitor customer bathrooms and hallways.
  • Ensure any family-facing resources (brochures, handouts, toys, etc.) are available, clean, and restocked.
  • Report facility or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Ensure client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Family Support & Light Tasks
  • Answer general questions or connect families to the right staff member.
  • Assist with tasks such as preparing paperwork packets, restocking supplies, or escorting families to designated areas.
  • Support therapists or Patient Care Coordinator team with coordination of materials for sessions, when appropriate.
• Hospitality & Culture
  • Contribute to a caring, child-friendly environment that reflects SunnyDays Therapy’s values.

• Act as a positive representative of the clinic, modeling professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Salary and Benefits: 

We offer a starting base salary of $12 per hour. We also offer a competitive benefits package including:

Qualifications: 

• Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Computer skills using Microsoft office products.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for children and families.
• Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining lobby standards.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or healthcare office experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Physical Requirements: 

This job operates in a professional office environment and regularly spends long periods sitting and using office equipment and computers. Tasks are repetitive using hands, fingers, and arms, headphones, speaking clearly and listening actively, occasionally lifting 5-10 pounds.
