Locations:
We are hiring for our Albertville and Waconia clinics.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position. We will work with you to determine a schedule that meets your needs and the needs of your clients! We treat clients Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM.
Occupational Therapist Feeding Specialist Position Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist Feeding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating children with feeding difficulties, collaborating with families and caregivers, and providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate feeding difficulties in children.
- Develop and implement individualized feeding therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of pediatric feeding therapy through continuing education and professional development.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a full-time base salary of $63,000 - $72,000/annually based on licensure and experience, with additional monthly & annual performance bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package including:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Minnesota Department of Health Occupational Therapy License (or in process of applying for state license)
- 2 years' experience in pediatric feeding therapy
- Passionate about helping children shine
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously with confidence and in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
This role involves working with children of all ages and may require light work including but not limited to movement of treatment equipment, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
