Location:
The Community Engagement Coordinator will be based in our Minnetonka clinic, with travel to referral source offices approximately 50-75% of the work schedule.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Community Engagement Coordinator Position Summary:
As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be building relationships in person with front desk personnel of current and prospective referral sources a majority of your time across multiple locations and clinics. You will also work closely with SunnyDays Therapy leadership and team members to schedule appointments and meetings with referral sources and coordinate strategies to support the relationship building with referral sources. In addition, the individual in this role will maintain the administration of referral source data, reports, and documentation for referral source work. This role is essential to supporting the development of strong, ongoing relationships that lead to trusted partnerships and quality referrals for children and families. This is an ideal role for someone who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Travels to the offices of current and prospective Referral Sources over 50 –75% of their work schedule.
- Establishes rapport with the front desk personnel of Referral Sources.
- Drops off patient reports to current Referral Sources.
- Discovers needs and wants of Referral Sources.
- Makes appointments for SunnyDays Therapy owners/therapists/leaders to meet with Referral Sources.
- Maintains the Referral Source administration; records, reports, statistics, etc.
- Meets with SunnyDays Therapy team members to coordinate weekly referral actions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a starting base salary of $18.00 per hour with additional bonus opportunities tied to front desk visits and referral source appointments completed after a 90-day probationary period. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. We also offer a competitive benefits package including:

Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- A positive attitude and resilience when faced with occasional rejections or challenges.
- Strong organizational and office skills; comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and digital communication skills.
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow through on commitments and support the team’s success.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment and regularly spends long periods seated while traveling between clinics. This job involves frequent standing during clinic visits, with repetitive motions such as typing and writing for communication and documentation purposes.
