What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Teacher position at SunnyDays Childcare & Preschool?
Sunny Days is looking for an afternoon teacher.
This full-time position hours would be 10am- 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
(Our center is closed weekends and major holidays.)
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
- Monitor children's behavior and development, providing support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met.
- This position floats between all of our age groups, infants, toddlers, and afterschool classrooms.
To be eligible for this job you must be able to pass a federal background check, certify and maintain an infant and child CPR and First Aid (trainer available) and complete 12 online training hours with-in the first 90 days.
