Position: Full-time and Part-time Maintenance Staff

Essential Job Functions:
As a Maintenance Staff member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained environment. You will:
- Complete house-hold-type work orders in common areas and apartments.
- Prepare vacated apartments (painting, cleaning, drywall repair, ensuring fixtures and appliances are in good working order).
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow and ice removal, mowing, and general upkeep of trees, plants, and shrubs.
- Maintain the exterior of buildings.
- Set up chairs, tables, and other items for programs.
- Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., cleaning air conditioners, washing exterior windows, hanging outdoor decorations).
- Drive small bus (no cdl) for scheduled transportation and assist with resident services (e.g., garbage and recycling programs, grocery delivery).
- Rotate on-call for physical plant emergencies during non-working hours.
- Perform other duties related to the maintenance and cleanliness of Sunnycrest Village property and equipment.
- Help with inspections.

Job Qualifications:
- Physical Abilities: Ability to walk, bend, stoop, lift, climb, and reach throughout the day. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Mental Abilities: Comprehension of instruction manuals, operating procedures, and guidelines.
