The Role: Receptionist/Office Clerk As our Receptionist/Office Clerk, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warm Welcome: Answering busy multi-line phones and ensuring every caller feels valued.
- Efficient Administration: Assisting residents at the front desk, MS Outlook & Word proficiency is a MUST, and graphic design and Excel proficiency are definite pluses.
- Property Management Software
- Maintenance Support: Receiving and entering work orders.
- Effective Communication: Operating our in-house communication channel.

Job RequirementsQualifications:
Experience: 2 years in office administration.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Property Management Software (preferred, but training will be provided).
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
