Principal in achieving the\

educational goals and objectives of all students through individual,

small group, or\

whole group instruction.

• Qualifications:**\
  
  

Applicants must have high school diploma or equivalent and accumulated

thirty-two\

college credits or be able to pass the Paraprofessional Praxis exam.\

Previous aide or teaching experience preferred\

Knowledge of child growth and development and appropriate classroom

practices\

Demonstrated ability to assist with instructional activities\

Knowledge of subject matters and ability to instruct students at the

direction of the\

teacher\

Works well with students, staff, and the public\

Excellent organizational skills\

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\

Maintain confidentiality of staff and students\

Must have or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification\

Must be able to lift fifty pounds\

Selected applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and

drug test
