We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project team in daily coordination and administrative operations. This is a full-time position working closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
What You Will Do
- Assist with project documentation and data management
- Support design and construction teams with coordination tasks and purchase order tracking
- Collect and organize compliance documents (COI, W9, contractor licenses, lien releases)
- Assist in preparing project closeout packages
- Support change management, drawings, submittals, and RFIs
- Communicate with contractors and vendors regarding project coordination
- Maintain subcontractor contact records
- Track project progress and provide updates to the team
What You Need
- Background in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation
$18–$20 per hour (full-time position)
