Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Sunny Street Cafe opened in Dublin, Ohio in 2007 with an idea, a dedicated staff, and a lot of hard work. Today, Sunny Street Cafe has over 8 locations across Central Columbus, a place where you'll find made from scratch classics you expect and some tasty concoctions you don't.  This Breakfast, Lunch, & Catering Cafe wants to grow our family by hiring our next Assistant Restaurant General Manager at multiple locations. 

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will lead your restaurant and team through our core values: teamwork, excellence, and compassion as well as the following responsibilities:

• Maintain, support, and promote company culture, policies, and standards
• Oversee all stations in the front-of-house during preparation, operation and break down while managing and maintaining cost of goods and quality standards with all front-of-house employees to ensure guest satisfaction
• Work to expedite food and beverage items, ensures they are completed to specifications and sent out to patrons in a timely manner
• Enforce and maintain food safety protocols in preparation and storage of all food and beverages.
• Engage with patrons and employees in a professional and polite way to address feedback
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to maintain pars on staffing, continue associate training, balance cost of goods, labor, sales projections, and minor property upkeep.

Assistant Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Education: High school or equivalent, preferred
• Experience: Restaurant Experience
• Basic Computer skills with Microsoft and Office Suite
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Certified in Food Safety. Continued Classes & Training Available through Sunny Street Cafe.

Salary : $48,000 - $50,000
