Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapies, and activities within and outside the facility

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate records of resident care, medication administration, and medical treatments

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas

• Ability to safely operate a vehicle and maintain a clean and organized driving record

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and positioning

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Full-time, varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
