We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as Clinical Director. This is an opportunity to provide clinical leadership, shape program development, and maintain a manageable caseload while working closely with families and therapists.

Responsibilities
- Supervise RBTs and BCBAs, providing clinical guidance
- Conduct assessments, intake evaluations, and develop individualized ABA programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data
- Ensure high standards of clinical quality and documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers
- Support staff training and professional development
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Experience supervising RBTs or BCBAs
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
