About the Role
As a Guest Specialist, you’ll do more than make drinks. You’ll create moments. You’ll greet guests in the drive-thru, craft beverages with care and creativity, and keep the workspace clean and organized. You'll also represent the Sunny Sip brand in every interaction with warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders quickly and accurately
- Provide friendly, upbeat drive-thru service
- Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Participate in street team outreach and local events/catering
- Represent the Sunny Sip brand with positivity and pride
What You’ll Bring

- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Quick-service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn basic tech tools (POS system, digital tipping)
