Sunny Service is looking for a best-in-class Journeyman Plumbers in the local market to join our team! Due to our expansive growth, we are looking for a Plumber in the D/FW area. This position works Monday through Saturday. Our Plumbers are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company-provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Sunny Services also provides a company-issued cell phone and tablet.

Summary:

This position will inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace plumbing systems as well as educate and assist customers in choosing products and services to enhance their plumbing system.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $125,000

$5,000.00 sign-on bonus will be paid at out to State of Texas licensed journeyman; payment will be divided and paid out every 90 days of employment.

100% Paid Commission (Hourly Pay until training completed)

Essential Duties:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair or replace plumbing systems.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing products, repairs, and services to enhance their plumbing system.
• Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings to continue development of interpersonal and technical skills
• Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES – Possess a valid driver's license, Journeyman Plumber License
• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE— Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Possess at least 3 years of plumbing experience.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS— Able to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Able to speak effectively in group settings.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS— Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• REASONING ABILITY— Able to apply common sense understanding in a variety of situations to assure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
