Overview
Sunny's Cafe is a brand new coffee shop located at 8718 20th St. Vero Beach, FL 32966 coming April 2026. We're seeking flexible and motivated baristas who are adaptable and eager to grow with us from the ground up! We are looking for someone who is social, warm and possesses strong communication skills. Start everyone's day with a little bit of sunshine :)
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
- Provide a confident, warm customer experience while fulfilling orders both in-store and over the phone.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and well organized cafe counter and cafe seating areas.
- Handle cash, process sales accurately through the POS system and manage cash handling with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Can-do mindset and positive attitude
